- by 2025, non-fossil fuel consumption to reach around 20%, energy consumption and carbon emissions per unit GDP to drop by 13.5% and 18% compared to 2020;
- by 2030, non-fossil fuel consumption to reach around 25%, carbon emission per unit GDP to drop by more than 65% compared to 2005.
