14FYP for Domestic Waste Classification and Treatment

- by the end of 2025, the reuse rate of domestic waste to reach 60%;
- by the end of 2025, national domestic waste classification and collection capacity to reach 700000 tonnes per day;
- by the end of 2025, national domestic waste incineration capacity to reach 800000 tonnes per day, accounting for about 65% of the total domestic waste treatment capacity
