The Forum is hosted by Shenzhen Port Group, Shenzhen Ocean Development Bureau and the Global Ocean Capital Promotion Council of Shenzhen, with the support of the government of Guangdong province and of the Municipal government of Shenzhen. Senior representatives from the Ministry of Natural Resources, the governor of the Guangdong Provincial Government and leaders of the Shenzhen Municipal Government will participate in the event.

It brings together around 400 participants, comprising senior government officials and top business executives from Chinese and international corporations, leaders from relevant international organizations, renowned thought leaders and academic experts. For more event details, please see here.
