Aims & Objectives: The CIWL symposium is an academic forum convened to explore current issues related to water resources, with a focus on water law. The symposium explores international law and transboundary governance models and their contribution to promoting transboundary water cooperation in Asia. The symposium will bring
together leading experts in the field from across China, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Selected papers from the events will be published in peer-reviewed journals and in a book.
