Theme: Harnessing Opportunities in Asia’s Low-Carbon Transition

This inaugural Summit will group together leading Asia companies, investors and financiers to discuss the trends in Asia’s low-carbon transition. It will take a particular focus on the rise of sustainable investment in Asia and the political challenges of producing concrete action from Nationally Determined Commitments. The topic of green bonds as a new source of finance for companies in the region will also be discussed.

Discussions will be moderated by Henny Sender, Chief Correspondent for International Finance at the Financial Times, and Leslie Hook, Environment and Clean Energy Correspondent for the Financial Times. Speakers at the event will include representatives from politics, industry and academia.
