2026 HKGFA | GBA-GFA ANNUAL FORUM: Bridging Divides: Asia’s Leadership in Transition and Resilience
Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA) is thrilled to announce the ninth Annual Forum and sixth Greater Bay Area Green Finance Alliance (GBA-GFA) Annual Meeting titled, “Bridging Divides: Asia’s Leadership in Transition and Resilience”, to be held on 7 September 2026 (Monday) to kick off the 2026 Hong Kong Green Week. We are expecting the active engagement of over 1,500 attendees this year, comprising policymakers, financial leaders, and innovators from Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Asia, and beyond. This diverse group of participants will join us both in-person and virtually, contributing their valuable insights and expertise to the forum.
As geopolitical tensions reshape global trade and financial flows, and technology accelerates systemic transitions, economies are confronting a new reality, one defined by fragmentation, divergence, and interdependence. The Forum will convene key stakeholders to explore how Hong Kong and the region can sustain economic resilience while executing on climate, nature, adaptation, and energy transition priorities. Additionally, the Forum will also examine product innovation, advancing regional collaboration, and pathways for pragmatic, forward-looking execution, against a backdrop of uncertainty.
